Good location, price and the room was simple but functional.

Very old-fashioned shower that was difficult to switch off. Didn't seem to be a light in my bathroom, so I just left the door open to my room when I was in there. The reception in another building isn't ideal: at first I didn't understand the notice saying reception was 'across the road' in the Mercer Hotel, as I didn't know where the Mercer Hotel was, and it's not exactly 'across the road'. Nothing that majorly inconvenienced me.

Excellent Location in City Centre - Bed was very comfortable

Room was on the ground floor next to a stairwell with a security door that started to get used early in the morning. VERY VERY noisy avoid room 114

I thought it was excellent value for 45 euros, it would even be still a bargain at 60 euro a night, thank for the comfort and hospitality of your staff. regards john coffey

Mercer Court is in an excellent location and extremely good value for money. It's a pity it is only available during the summer.

This is a budget hotel and any reasonable person would expect it to be very basic. Having said that it was clean, warm and had plenty of hot water and very welcoming staff. The hotel itself was in a fantasic location. If you want all the extras this is not for you but if like me you just need a bed for a couple of nights go for it.

I liked the location, the value for money, and the staff. We had a slight mix up with our payment, but this was dealt with effeciently, and courteously.

The noise from traffic was a bit loud.

The value for the money was formidable, given the strategically central location of the hotel. It made the stay in Dublin much more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Maintenance was not at its best of the facility, but for the value of the money, i would not complain

The proximity of the Mercer Court (Campus Accomodation) was the only highlight to this extremely budget hotel.

The pictures on this site of the Mercer Court (Campus Accomodation) do not come close to showing the actual rooms, which are far more bare and make the pictures on the site seem luxurious by comparison.

The Hotel was a very reasonable price. But it's central location was the importance for me. I helped with both the business and recreational parts of my stay.

The staff was truly excellent, very friendly and helpful. The location, especially for the price, was great, very central, walking distance to everything.
